This course provides knowledge to vessel personnel with specific security duties, in particular, the duties and responsibilities with respect to the security of a vessel. This certified course meets the training requirements as defined by 33CFR 104.220 and Part B13.3 of the ISPS Code.

  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and contingency plans.
  • Operations of security equipment and systems.
  • Testing, calibration, and, whilst at sea, maintenance of security equipment and systems.
  • Inspection, control, and monitoring techniques.
